2009 Rule Book

Hey Everyone,

First of all congratulations to everyone on a great season! With the 2008 season now at an end it is time to prepare for 2009. The rule book is due to be discussed and finalized by February 2009.

If you, the members, feel there are any areas which need to be reviewed... additions to be made... modifications... etc... please make your notes here to be presented to the committee.

I propose the Scooter Open class now be just that, OPEN......to all engine sizes. Run what you brung to the track and quit talkin about it. You all know how much the parts cost us to buy, scooters burn up stuff too! All I'm asking is you let us run them all in the same class, SCOOTER class. Thank you for allowing me to be heard.

Just looking through the old rules why are Slick racing tires strictly prohibited in scooter and GP70. I think they should be allowed if every other class can run them.
